I GOT A FRIEND... I got a friend I say, and even though she is far away, I can hear her thought in my heart each day, so to my feelings she is never far away. So for our friendship I want to pray let it never fade away... (Hoogmans, 1999) A SPECIAL PLACE IN YOUR HEART... A special place in your heart reserved for me, Oh wow!, I am as happy as can be... My happiness will never end... for you will be forever... My friend. Even as you are so far away, I can feel your friendship building me up the entire day... I really thank you for that. POETRY IN MOTION... I walked through the woods today, and civilization was over an hours walk away, The first colorful flowers, and the new leaves on the trees make it clear. Winter has gone, and spring is now here. Nature’s beautiful wa 4s there for all to see, but alas, the only one there ... was me. And in the evening light all the birds sang the way God intended it to be. it sounded like they were giving a life concert to me. Walking there alone trough the wood enjoying all the God�s creations, made me feel good. I am glad I was not truly alone for that would have smart, I am never alone, I have my friend in my Heart. And no matter how far away, in my heart you will always stay. And God will find a miraculous way, for you my dear friend Cecilia, to also enjoy my wonderful day. For he has given me the great idea too ... write this poem of our beautiful day to you. Just close your eyes and you will be able to hear and see, the beautiful nature together with me ... (Hoogmans, 1999) SPRING. . . The trees that stood all winter majestic and proud, are now covered in a wedding-dress with all the leaves that are coming out. These leaves cover them in all shades of green, It is the most beautiful sight you have ever seen. And on the floor a carpet is spreading out, with all the flowers and plants that are sprouting out. The birds are all singing their beautiful love song. And luckily they do that all day long. The other animals have noticed it to, and they pair of two by two.
